I asked Kerrie for some help a few months ago. It wasn't just help with getting my fitness back I needed, and Kerrie knew that without having to say anything. I'm getting fitter each week, and I look forward to our sessions. I went from not having time for exercise, to making the time for myself. I bring the kids if they have to come to make things easier. #noexcuses. Our sessions have been therapy as well, and I now have my work/family life balance back, which I made happen, but is down to some straight talking from Kerrie. We also have a right good laugh. She really helps you to meet your own personal goals and she’s already helped me to reach goals that I would’ve never seen myself reaching. I just LOVE bar and bell at Tenby leisure centre, it’s my favourite class! It’s always varied so no session is the same which keeps it more interesting. My strength has improved so much which has helped with my running and cycling. I cannot recommend bar and bell enough and especially Kerrie for being such a fabulous instructor!

Just finished buggy fit at 39 weeks pregnant been so lucky to have continued exercise up until this stage. Kerrie has been amazing changing routines for me to suit my needs. I think this has helped so much with the pregnancy. I have been bringing my two year old with me. Really going to miss this group. But will return after this baby once doctor has said it’s ok to exercise!

I’ve been going to Kerrie for a couple of months now and she’s FANTASTIC. Having attended her classes for the last couple of years in TLC I always knew she was great. I turned to Kerrie for 8 PT sessions to get me back in order, not only with training but with my nutrition as well. I can honestly say that not only is she helping me with my physical health but with my entire wellbeing as well. Sometimes my PT sessions feel like therapy sessions! (In a good way) I would recommend Kerrie to anyone wanting to gain confidence in the gym, become strong, work on their core and feel better about themselves.
